03-28-2022    09:00 AM    OPINION    How many County Commissioners does it take "To provide quality, efficient, and cost-effective services for all Campbell County residents through sound decision making and fiscal responsibility?"

After comments that included they don't have enough time to read the letters from citizens who are trying to rout the propagation of child rape out of Campbell County public library, these same strapped-for-time individuals changed the Joint Powers Fire Board from 7 private citizens to include only 5 elected officials, including two commissioners. Now they are planning to change the Camplex Board from private citizens to elected officials as well.

Attorney Frank Stevens is reported to have asked why the public isn't being asked for input about these changes, and indicated that eliminating citizen boards is serving to centralize the government.

Their decision to raise the wages of elected officials can't be far behind, based on the additional responsibilities. Where will they find the time, given the fact that they don't have time to hear from the citizens they allegedly serve? Perhaps it is time to double the number of County Commissioners. Even prior Mayor Carter-King referenced pushing back against the "county power grab" on 4-14-2020 (p 223).

Our 5 County Commissioners appear to have time to devote to consider taking over every board in Campbell County, while choosing to exercise no authority over the Library Board. Interesting. What kind of moral fiber (if any) has been elected to the Campbell County Board of Commissioners? What kind of moral blackmail might be involved here? That partying back in the 1970s and 1980s included every kind of sex imaginable, including bestiality (sex with animals). The saying was, "a hole is a hole." There were reportedly 25+ men to every woman in Gillette for a while there, if memory serves. We were pretty open and understanding about irrepressible hormonal urges.

We don't care what you did, we care what you intend to see happen in the future. We want the future to not include the sanctioned rape of children.

We are living in a community and state that cares more about the chastity of their horses (HB46) than about the chastity of their 4th graders (ALA books pushing child rape). Does that not alarm you? The sentencing is sometimes stiffer for animal abuse than for sexual child abuse - yes, in Campbell County.

Recently I wondered why Ukraine is such a big deal, ideology-wise it's like Putin trying to overtake Putin. A wise advisor explained it's like getting to choose whether you want ketchup on your crap sandwich or not. Reminds me of our struggle in Gillette and Campbell County, when you pit the current city council against the current county commissioners.

It's time for change all right, just not for a change for the worse. Do what you can to rein in those strapped-for-time commissioners who are selectively governing the appointed public boards, while making questionable power grabs which are serving to centralize the government (imperialism).

Thank you for reading. The purpose of my campaigns is to highlight corruption and to get assistance from anyone who is able and willing to help return Gillette and Campbell County and Wyoming to American Ideals, and hopefully a culture that applies the law equally to all citizens regardless of position or social class. Thank you so much for the efforts you are making and have already made. Please forward to everyone that you know who might be interested in the information I share. God Bless You, and God Bless America.
