Apparently three tickets were written for violation of the law when bars sold alcohol to underage citizens this week.
However, adults who are encouraging underage kids to rape - anally, orally, and vaginally - are allowed to continue by that same law enforcement who is writing tickets for alcohol to minors.
Every one of you in law enforcement; the Campbell County Library through the Campbell County Commissioners and the members of the Campbell County Library Board; Terri Lesley, Executive Director of the Library; and Darcy Accord, Youth Services Librarian; continue to violate or allow violation of Wyoming State Statute 6-4-303 through literature which encourages rape/sexual intrusion (and gives detailed instructions on how to do it), anally, orally, and vaginally, to kids 18 and under.
(a) As used in this section:
(i) "Child" means a person under the age of eighteen (18) years;
(b) A person is guilty of sexual exploitation of a child if, for any purpose, he knowingly:
(ii) Causes, induces, entices or coerces a child to engage in, or be used for, any explicit sexual conduct;
(c) The sexual exploitation of a child pursuant to paragraphs (b)(i) through (iii) of this section is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not less than five (5) years nor more than twelve (12) years, a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), or both.
There is no exception for schools or libraries. If the law was being applied here, there is probably more than one Statute being violated, such as 6-2-318. These are felony violations.
Google: Selective prosecution is a violation of the constitutional guarantee of equal protection for all persons under the law. If the Wyoming Statute which lists penalties for crimes against children is obsolete, get it off the books. Selective prosecution is illegal and unconstitutional.
Did you not take an oath to enforce the law, the existing United States Constitution, and the Wyoming Constitution? Please honor that oath, and thank you for honoring that oath.
Thank you for reading. The purpose of my campaigns is to highlight corruption and to get assistance from anyone who is able and willing to help return Gillette and Campbell County and Wyoming to American Ideals, and hopefully a culture that applies the law equally to all citizens regardless of position or social class. Thank you so much for the efforts you are making and have already made. Please forward to everyone that you know who might be interested in the information I share. God Bless You, and God Bless America.
This is also a perfect example of "Policing For Profit and Exclusively For Profit."
When alcohol and tobacco resellers are caught in police "stings" and charged with selling to minors, both the clerk and the store owner will be required to pay hefty fines relative to their incomes. There will likely be no trial for either party due to Public Defenders for bar employees and fear of losing their liquor license for bar owners. Oh wait... there are no Public Defenders for misdemeanor offenses in Campbell County. So at minimal or no cost to the city, county or state, employees will be ordered to pay high 3-figure or low 4-figure fines while owners will pay high 4-figure or low-to-middle 5-figure fines.
Comparatively the uncharged and therefore unprosecuted child predators working in the Campbell County Public Library, possibly the Campbell County School District libraries, and the elected and appointed officials who aid and abet them by looking the other way are handsomely paid to do the jobs which they actively refuse to do. These willful felons are allowed to continue targeting children because they will employ expensive attorneys who are happy to collect hundreds-per-hour to drag a trial process out for years on end, costing the city and county and state even more between investigations, prosecutions, judges and facilities. That is before the cost of their incarcerations, which can hardly be offset by 4-to-5 figure fines, which will likely be repaid in installments that cost the government even more to receive, process, and account.
The most revealing details do not appear in the Pravda blotter reports either. To disambiguate the language, because law enforcement and Pravda media outlets will all use the false phrase "sting" where I use the accurate phrase "scam:" A "sting" is a legitimate police operation where bad acts are known, suspected, or reported to commonly occur in a specific place or by a specific person and that suspect is targeted exclusively with an opportunity to commit a bad act in front of police witnesses. A "scam" is an act of fraud committed against as many victims as possible in the hope that somebody will fall for it.
The Campbell County Sheriff's Office and the Gillette Police Department actively run scams against tobacco and alcohol resellers. In most cases the resellers are not even guilty of selling to minors, but of selling without asking for a photo identification card. That is to say that "law enforcement agencies" expend taxpayer dollars to hire someone (and assign a handful of officers to deliver them to the victim location) to make the bogus buy. In some cases the fake buyer is provided with a punch card with a few already existing punches, such as convenience and liquor stores hand out with the promise to give 1 free product after 10 punched purchases, and the buyer presents it before asking for the potential contraband product. In all cases the scammers target the busiest hours of the day when clerks are overwhelmed with in-store business at the counter as well as at a drive-through window. So in the end these blue-collar workers are charged with a criminal act, slapped with exorbitant fines, and are put at risk of losing their job (and not being able to get a job in the same industry again) for a clerical error that occurred while they were up to their ears in stress to begin with.
How much do you suppose it costs the taxpayers to bust those 3 clerks out of all the paid accomplices and fake purchase attempts they make?
Comparatively the child predators and their accomplices willfully commit their crimes, openly admit it, and call their accusers "Nazis" for pointing it out. So in the end the members of this white-collar social club are not even charged with a criminal act while admitting to presenting graphic pornography and bad sex (and sex toy) advice to children of all ages, some of whom could cause serious and irreparable damage to their developing reproductive systems if they try any of it at all.
How much do you suppose it costs the same taxpayers individually to pay for psychological therapy and surgical repair attempts after their children fall prey to dangerously disinformational sex advice which they found in their public and school libraries?
TL;DR: Law Enforcement in Campbell County and Gillette, Wyoming, are preying on blue-collar parents for big cash payouts while elected and appointed government officials prey on their children for sleazy sexual thrills.
Sincerely,
Andrew Painter
