Who is responsible for ordering the arrest of a citizen for aggravated assault, in an obvious case of personal protection? Is it Matheny the County Sheriff or Damsky the County Attorney - or both?
Rather than arrest ALA librarians for enticing children to commit rape, and for illustrating to them how to sexually service grown men, the Campbell County Sheriff first took it to the County Attorney for an opinion as to whether those actions are against the law. The County Attorney decided it is okay for ALA librarians to entice children to commit rape and to illustrate to children how to sexually service grown men.
On private property in rural Campbell County, a stranger in a personal vehicle walked behind a resident's house. The resident pulled a gun on the stranger until he identified what he was there for. Matheny and Damsky have apparently opted to prosecute that as Aggravated Assault, according to The Gillette News Record, May 6, 2022.
This news article states that a man was arrested for aggravated assault, so does that mean Damsky approved it? Or did Matheny just decide all on his own that protecting yourself and your property is a violation of the law? You do not have to be afraid of someone in order to realize you are in imminent danger when a stranger is on your property, and take appropriate measures to defend yourself.
This appears to be a deliberate decision to prosecute defense of your home and person. It is aggravated assault to point a gun at someone, or even to "brandish a weapon," but there are legally defined exceptions for defense of persons and property. Even if you are not "afraid" per se, average citizens are able to realize they may be in imminent danger when a stranger is on the property, and take appropriate measures for self-defense. In this case the apparent trespasser had no ill intent, but there is no way for the resident to have known that.
During the illegal and unconstitutional lock down in Campbell County in 2020, Sheriff Matheny's officers participated in punishing American citizens who had not violated any law, according to a letter to the Gillette News Record Editor, May 12, 2020. Remember this when you vote this year.
Matheny's officers have also participated in the City of Gillette Police Department's illegal entries, which amount to armed home invasions where they hold the residents hostage, effectively at gunpoint, while they send for a search warrant.
According to the Casper Star Tribune, March 10, 2021, the Wyoming Supreme Court ruled that a convicted felon must be re-tried because all of the evidence against him was obtained by illegal entry committed by one of Sheriff Matheny's Deputies and unidentified "backup" officers. This is not an example of the armed home invasions mentioned previously, but it is a perfect example of Campbell County Law Enforcement violating Constitutional Law with impunity.
Damsky has filed charges against multiple men who had consensual sex with women ages 15 and older. Despite the females admitting they pursued the victims until sexual activity occurred, the men are facing 20 years in prison while no charges were filed against the women. What is wrong with this picture?
Queer youth are also victims of sex crimes, but no charges are ever filed against those sex predators because reporting that would be "outing them," per Sara Burlingame, Executive Director of "Wyoming Equality" aka LGBTQ+ in Wyoming.
We are at a time in history where only heterosexual men and lower-social-class men go to prison for anything, including defense of their persons and property, while Queers and women who commit real crimes, including sexual predation targeting children, face no penalty whatsoever.
Just because candidates were born in your local area, and came from ranch families that have been here for a hundred years, doesn't mean they aren't pro-child sex and anti-2nd Amendment rights. The only way to fix this is to vote for Americans who uphold American values. Ask your candidates where they stand on teaching sex practices to children, criminal behavior by law enforcement officers, and the right to defend yourself and your property.
Thank you for reading. The purpose of my campaigns is to highlight corruption and to get assistance from anyone who is able and willing to help return Gillette and Campbell County and Wyoming to American Ideals, and hopefully a culture that applies the law equally to all citizens regardless of position or social class. Thank you so much for the efforts you are making and have already made. Please forward to everyone that you know who might be interested in the information I share. God Bless You, and God Bless America.
