08-04-2022    03:46 PM    OPINION    RE: Criminal Fraud by Professional Witnesses?

On August 4, 2022, at 2:55 PM, I received a phone call from Sheriff Matheny advising me that a retraction had been made by the author of the posts I shared earlier today.  I appreciate the heads-up from Sheriff Matheny.  Because this retraction could have been coerced, and because all this retraction really says is that the poster quit believing what he was being told, the original accusation demands a serious, independent (meaning by an agency outside Gillette and Campbell County) investigation to ascertain the truth.

These are questions that should be simple for investigators to answer:  Is there a photo or video that shows someone else in the driver's seat prior to the crash?  Is that media time stamped?  Investigators could ascertain this by reviewing text messages, social media apps, and other content on the principals' cell-phones.

The fact is that Campbell County Law Enforcement writes tickets based on pictures of glassy-eyed kids that are posted on social media by uninvolved 3rd parties, and then the kids in the photos are expected to prove that they weren't drunk or stoned to avoid a criminal record (and often aren't even given the benefit of "due process" before being put on academic probation and banned from participating in school-sponsored clubs and sports).  So, a social-media post (a video post on the Snapchat app) in this case should be considered evidence as well.  It has been stated that this evidence exists; has Law Enforcement reviewed this evidence or even tried to find out if it exists?

According to Sheriff Matheny the investigation is in the hands of the Gillette Police Department.  I can't think of a better reason to question the results of any "investigation" up to now.

Let's treat these allegations against a Law Enforcement Officer the same way Campbell County Law Enforcement treats citizens of all ages who are faced with false charges:  Prove it didn't happen.

Thank you for reading. The purpose of my campaigns is to highlight corruption and to get assistance from anyone who is able and willing to help return Gillette and Campbell County and Wyoming to American Ideals, and hopefully a culture that applies the law equally to all citizens regardless of position or social class. Thank you so much for the efforts you are making and have already made. Please forward to everyone that you know who might be interested in the information I share. God Bless You, and God Bless America.
