Citizens who use vulgar language are ticketed for that even in their own homes, but citizens using vulgar language in official meetings get a free pass if they are supporters of criminal law enforcers. Those types of practices are most likely the same in most Wyoming communities.

If Judges were all ethical, law abiding Judges, it wouldn't be so concerning. This is very concerning. We are participating in making basically indentured servants out of future generations, and that practice should be made to stop with the current generation.
