Nathan Henkes, candidate for Campbell County Attorney, recommended a steeper penalty against a citizen who had exercised his constitutional right to a jury trial in 2021, specifically citing that as the reason why he deserved a stiffer sentence.
Does that sound like the moral fiber and moral character you would choose to be running a justice system?
In the year 2021, Nathan Henkes recommended a 3+ year sentence for a drunk man who deliberately killed a friend by shooting him in the head; yet recommended 12+ years for a drunk man who caused the accidental death of a teenager.
Henkes was promoted to chief deputy attorney during the reign of the corrupt Ron Wirthwein. Mitch Damsky, the current county attorney, was appointed when Wirthwein resigned. If in fact several employees have left during Damsky's reign, that is actually proof that he's doing a good job. He needed to clean house, and also it is possibly a more demanding career when prosecutors are expected to practice constitutional law rather than play patty cake with sometimes corrupt LEOs (bad apples). At least two of the prosecutors no longer with the County Attorney's office were guilty of provable prosecutorial misconduct.
When you vote in 2022, don't vote for the one who is the most sociable or who makes the best impression. Vote based on the proven record of their character and whether or not they represent Patriotic American ideals.
Before the library crowd began the child molester activity of grooming, the major problem in Campbell County was the dirty chain of law enforcement. Let's don't take a step backwards now by promoting those who blatantly disrespect the Constitution of the United States of America.
The term prosecutorial misconduct refers to illegal or unethical conduct by a prosecutor in a criminal case, and includes failure to disclose exculpatory evidence, introducing false evidence, and using improper arguments.
Mitch Damsky is also running for Campbell County Attorney. There is a choice here between American behavior and anti-American behavior. Be sure to vote!
Thank you for reading. The purpose of my campaigns is to highlight corruption and to get assistance from anyone who is able and willing to help return Gillette and Campbell County and Wyoming to American Ideals, and hopefully a culture that applies the law equally to all citizens regardless of position or social class. Thank you so much for the efforts you are making and have already made. Please forward to everyone that you know who might be interested in the information I share. God Bless You, and God Bless America.
