At that meeting I am going to make a motion to censure Heidi Gross. Does that need to be added to the agenda?
Heidi's vote in favor of the "Malicious Harms Ordinance" (via her seat on the Gillette City Council) clearly indicated that she does not share the conservative views of the Republican Party. Sharing conservative views is rightfully expected from everyone who is a member, especially members of the leadership. Heidi Gross is an example of someone who ran for office as a Republican but reveals herself to be a Socialist by voting in favor of Socialist agendas.
Conflict of interest is a concern in our community too, as evidenced by the accusation against the Campbell County Public Library Board, because one member had a temporary part-time job with another board member. The Campbell County Republican Party must not ignore the conflict of interest represented by Heidi Gross being the Vice Chair of this assembly while being paid for her work as a Socialist Politician on the City Council, which enables her to exchange favors with those who fund the Gillette College Foundation, of which Heidi Gross is the highly paid Executive Director.
