Arizona, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Texas have called on their taxpayer-funded Public Libraries to leave the Marxist-aligned "American Library Association" (ALA). These states are following a fine example set by some counties in The Great State of Wyoming, The Great State of Montana, and The Great State of Idaho.
That's one step in the right direction, but it's still a long way back to the USA from the damage done by these agents of Communist China.
After disassociating with the ALA, there are still pedo-promoters working in those libraries. The mission statement chanted by LGBT Activists has become, "We're coming for your children!" These undisguised predators have openly vowed that they will continue to sneak grooming material onto the shelves, in order to ambush children ages birth+ with sexual content.
Sue Knesel and Terri Lesley have spent years bragging about how they have worked so hard to promote child sex by intentionally placing raw pornographic images and plainly hedonistic descriptions of sex acts in the Childrens' Section and the Teens' Section. This material includes both pornographic images and graphically written text-representations of adult-with-child sex and intensive promotion of sex involving children.
On July 25, 2023, Clair McFarland of the Cowboy State Daily wrote about Wyoming National Guard Sergeant First Class Daniel Gene Gumm. According to that article, Sergeant Gumm is facing up to 40 years in prison on multiple charges including distribution and possession of child porn.
Terri Lesley (Executive Director of the Campbell County Public Library) and her accomplices are facing no charges on distribution of child porn, even to underaged kids. According to Campbell County Wyoming's 2022 budget for Salaries (posted on the CCPL website), there are a grand total of 22 employees at CCPL including Terri Lesley herself. An article printed in The Gillette News Record reports that no less than 27 CCPL employees responded to a survey complaining of "hostile work environment" and specifically mentioned the names of CCPL Board members and Campbell County Commissioners as the people responsible for their hurt feelings.
According to Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), in 1999 the Wyoming Legislature passed the Sexual Exploitation of Children Act, WY Statute 6-4-303. This law makes it illegal for anyone to: "...cause, induce, entice or coerce a child to engage in any explicit sexual conduct." A conviction under the Sexual Exploitation of Children statute is a felony punishable by up to (12) years imprisonment and a $10,000 fine and provides for the forfeiture of property and proceeds derived from the sexual exploitation of children.
The City of Gillette, Wyoming, recently passed yet another law which includes the language: "No person shall intentionally incite or produce..."
Both the City of Gillette and the state's DCI are in agreement that: When your deliberate actions result in someone else violating the law, you are guilty of that crime. Where are the charges against the Executive Director of the CCPL, and her cohorts, for inciting the sexual exploitation of children?
